A high level session was organised at Rangers Headquarters which was chaired by Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh Maj. Gen. Umar Ahmed Bukhari. The session was attended by Commissioner Karachi, Additional Inspector General Police Karachi, DIG CTD, DIG Special branch, DIG Traffic (East, South, West, CTD, Special branch), Police and Rangers.
The law and order and security situation of Sindh, particularly Karachi was discussed.
It was pledged in the session all types of initiatives would be taken to ensure the security of the citizens. In this regard, masses are requested to report any suspicious activity or person to the nearest check post, Rangers helpline 1101 or WhatsApp number 0347-9001111. Identity of the informer would be kept confidential.
