Judge Muhammad Azeem was hearing the case. During the hearing, the Federal Intelligence Agency (FIA) has submitted final charge sheet of seven more TDAP cases before the court. The charge sheet declared the suspects including Gilani and PM Secretariat secretary Muhammad Zubair, absconders in the case.
The court accepting the charge sheet issued non-bailable arrest warrants of the accused that also include former TDAP director general Abdul Karim Daudpota; Farhan Junejo, Mehar Haroon Rasheed, Waqar Ahmed and other officers of the authority.
