KARACHI: Sindh government exercised their power to negotiate under Section 144 (6).
Code of criminal procedure (CrPC) has imposed a ban on various programs, protests, gatherings, campaigns on social and political organizations specially on spot at DC Chowk Jacobabad for a period of 30 days with immediate effect.
The station house office of concerned police station is authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in written form for the violation of Section 144 CrPC against the violation of the notification.
