ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information Technology Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) final is going to send a message to the world that the nation’s resolve against terrorism is unshakeable. She stated that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif holds firmly the view that the PSL final is more than just a cricket match as it will go down in history as a message to terrorists “that our hearts and resolves are stronger than their obliterated campaign of fear”. “Despite the recent cowardly attacks by terrorists, the tickets for the PSL final were sold out in a matter of hours which shows the country’s unwavering resolve against terrorism.” She appreciated the Punjab government, armed forces, Punjab Police and other law enforcement agencies for making the PSL a success. “Despite all our differences we are united. The PSL is a testament to a sport that has served as a beacon of hope and a source of pride for Pakistan,” she concluded.
