ISLAMABAD: An Indian woman named Uzma who had earlier claimed that a Pakistani man named Tahir Ali had forcibly married her, safely returned to her motherland after a controversial 25-day stay in Pakistan.
A police contingent escorted Uzma to Wagah Border from where she set foot into Indian territory after identity verification and processing.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) had issued directives for Uzma’s return back to India and even handed her, her original immigration documents which her ‘husband’ had submitted to court on Tuesday
