ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Qamar Zaman Chaudhry, chaired a meeting to review the progress on the training plan for the newly recruited 96 Investigation Officers (IOs) of NAB on merit through NTS at NAB Headquarters.
Training & Research (T&R) Division Director General (DG) gave a detailed presentation on the training program of Basic Induction Course (IBIC-VIII) 2017 planned for newly recruited 96 investigators.
He stated that process of recruitment of investigation officers has been completed by HRM NAB on merit and offer letters have been issued to the newly recruited Investigation officers to join training the program on April 17, 2017.
The Training & Research (T&R) Division NAB has accordingly planned Investigator’s Basic Induction Course (IBIC-VIII) 2017 for newly recruited Investigation Officers at Police Training College Sihala.
While chairing the meeting, Chairman NAB, Qamar Zaman Chaudhry said that NAB accords high priority to training of its Investigation Officers and prosecutors as training is an important aspect in the capacity building of all ranks of NAB.
He said that NAB is a vibrant and a dynamic organization which recognises the centrality of training as a tool of improvement and maintaining the quality of its manpower.
He approved the proposal for conduct of training for incoming Investigator’s Basic Induction Course-VIII (2017) at Police Training College Sihala in line with the professional expertise of the institution.
