SARGODHA: The two accused involved in a dual murder case were awarded death sentence by the Additional District and Sessions Judge Israr Zada on Thursday.
The accused Aslam, along with his four accomplices Irfan, Tanveer, Ramzan and Iqbal resident of Jalal Da Godth, Tehsil Shahpur, murdered two men Kazim Hussain and Sajjad Hussain over property issue.
The local police arrested them and a case was registered against them.
After hearing the arguments, the judge awarded death sentence to the two culprits Muhammad Aslam and Ramzan along with a collective fine of Rs 400,000 as the compensation amount.
Meanwhile, the court acquitted the two co-accused Tanveer and Iqbal giving them advantage of doubt and ordered police to arrest the fifth accused Irfan.
The police have sent the culprits to district jail in Sargodha.
