GUJRANWALA: An enraged mother threw her eight-day-old baby off the roof of her house in Gujranwala on Wednesday.
Police officials stated that the woman, identified as Ayesha Shoaib, was provoked by her son Mohammad Ali’s constant crying and threw him off the roof after wrapping him in a plastic bag.
The infant was immediately taken to the hospital where doctors stated that the baby was out of danger.
Police have taken the woman into custody and started an investigation into the matter.
