LAHORE: At least 18 people were killed and 22 were injured in a bomb blast at Dargah Fatehpur in Jhal Magsi district of Balochistan.
According to the police, a suicide bomber detonated the explosives at the entrance of the shrine, claiming the lives of 18 devotees who were attending the annual Urs celebrations at the Dargah.
The injured and the dead bodies were taken to a nearby hospital following the blast.
The spokesperson of Balochistan government, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar said that while rescue operations are in progress, law enforcement agencies have also surrounded the area and started a search operation.
