KARACHI: A robbery in the Korangi area resulted in two people getting shot and injured on Wednesday.
According to police officials, of AL-Hafeez-Packages Company General Manager Wajahat, aged 38, and a security guard, Sher Muhammad, aged 30, were shot and injured by two bandits when they tried to avoid getting robbed. The security guard also shot and injured a bandit. Both bandits however managed to flee.
The injured were moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment. The police have registered a case against unidentified robbers and started further investigation.
